We are seeking a Door to Door Sales Manager to become part of our management team! You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and drive your team to success.
Responsibilities:
- Convey product and services to consumers in-person or over the phone
- Leverage marketing techniques and act as brand ambassador
- Understand clients’ specific needs through consultation and provide best solutions
- Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction
- Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals; personal and for sales team
- Act as an example for sales representatives and for the company
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to lead and motivate team
- Must be able to pass criminal background check, proof of residency, clean driving record, and drug screening
Required Experience:
- 1 year of home security sales as well as, 1 year out door sales.
