We had a system put in our home a few months ago and we are extremely satisfied. Rotem came to our home spent so much time with us answering all of our questions and helping us come up with a plan that best suited our needs and our budget. It is so nice feeling protected with our alarm system, especially when my husband is out of town. Also the other features we installed like being able to turn the lights on and off and controlling the thermostat through an app on our phone are real convenient. All and all we are very pleased and highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of upgrading their home.

I was looking for home automation and did a Yelp and Google search and found Smart Shield Systems. I sent a request through the Yelp app and was replied to instantly. Ron came to my home to go over all the items they offered. I chose most of them. lol. He gave me a nice discount for all the items and charged me a reasonable amount for installation. Two guys (very professional) showed up a couple days later and installed all the smart devices: Indoor and outdoor cameras Smoke, motion and flood detectors Thermostats Locks Doorbell camera Garage controller They setup the apps and my user interface on the website that controls all the smart devices. I have only played with the system a short time, but everything they provided seems to be top of the line and works well together. I highly recommend using this company for anyone looking to move their home towards full automation. Thanks, Mel

I will not hold in reservation on giving them 5 starts . Initially there was some communication issues but it was handled very professionally by Sharon and team. Yud was very respectful and professional , he always goes out of his way to get things done the proper way. I would recommend them to everyone as they will listen and take care of you , which they have proved time and again with me. Good luck !!!!

We recently had Smart Shield Systems installed in our home in Eastlake and I can't say enough great things about the company, system and staff. Initially we were interested in home security but quickly realized we signed up for so much more. Yes we have the piece of mind of home security and safety but this company is all about modern technology and creating a Smart Home. All of our devices our connected. We can control the thermostat to reduce our use of energy, program lighting to automatically turn off and on and create temporary pass codes for key less entry to the front door. We also love the doorbell camera. You do not have to be tech savvy to manage the system. Everything is user friendly and the technicians went above and beyond showing us how to use the system and to ensure we were comfortable. The sales staff serves as more of a resource and they were not pushy at all. 5 Stars all around. If you are in the market for a security company that is ahead of the game when it comes to technology and automation, definitely reach out Smart Shield Systems!

I am rating American Home Alarms Smart Shield Systems with 4 stars for now but want to provide an update with hope in rating them 5 stars as we go through the 2 year term. I gave American Home Alarms a call due to their most positive reviews. Jimmy Chong was faster at responding and offering unbeatable package deal that ADT Corp., could not match. Jimmy was courteous and professional over the phone. The tech that installed our home security was Chris Baez. Chris was very attentive, professional and patiently answered all of our questions. He did an awesome job being on time and installing the equipment effectively and neatly. Even after the installation was made, I contacted Chris on a couple of questions and he responded right away. I will keep reviewers posted. :)

We had a terrific experience with this company! I had just recently moved into my new spot and was confused about the security equipment that was already integrated throughout the house and how that would complement with Smart Shield System's technology. Ron helped get me up to speed and was even able to get a technician to come out within three days since I was leaving on a business trip but had a friend coming to visit while I was gone. The technology itself is so futuristic yet easy to use. I am in New York right now but can check in on my house in San Diego. We could even set a temporary password for guests who may be visiting for a few days or for the delivery guy for Amazon (I literally buy everything in my life online). Ron was great to work with as well. Very patient, friendly, and accessible without overselling. We needed some time to think about it and talk it through and he gave us that space. Overall, a really positive experience and highly recommend!

Unbelievable. I am super happy with this company & products. From the first phone call to the last it was a great journey for us. The alarm system works great with all the smart home equipment, everything is controlled from my app and you can do it from any smart device and from everywhere, so convenient & easy to use. The camera system is awesome, we are happy we upgraded to the small starlight PTZ cameras, I like the way you can control the cameras from the app and the picture is phenomenal. Great work, great customer service, phenomenal products.
